Shipping & Returns

At LARTEDELSENTIRE, an order is not treated as a parcel alone. It is the first physical passage into the house: fragrance, paper, glass, weight, and the quiet gesture of opening held together as one complete encounter.

Our shipping and return policy is designed to protect the encounter with clarity, care, and product integrity.

 

Shipping Destinations

LARTEDELSENTIRE currently ships to street addresses within the contiguous United States only.

At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, or international addresses.

Shipping Fees

Complimentary U.S. ground shipping is offered on orders of $130 or more, before taxes and after discounts.

For orders under $130, standard ground shipping rates will be shown at checkout before your order is placed.

Available shipping methods, fees, and estimated delivery details will be displayed during checkout.

 

Processing Time

Orders are prepared within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays.

During launches, exhibitions, or high-volume periods, processing may take longer. If a material delay occurs, we will contact you with an updated estimate or the option to cancel your order for a refund.

Fragrance Handling

Because our fragrances contain alcohol, orders containing perfume may require approved ground transportation and specific handling.

Expedited air shipping may not be available for fragrance orders. LARTEDELSENTIRE reserves the right to select the most appropriate compliant shipping service based on the destination, product type, and carrier requirements.

 

Tracking & Delivery

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please provide a complete, secure, and accurate delivery address. A signature may be required for certain orders based on value, destination, or delivery risk.

Carrier transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, LARTEDELSENTIRE is not responsible for packages lost or stolen from the delivery location. We recommend shipping to a secure address where the package can be received safely.

If your package appears to be lost in transit before delivery, please get in touch with us at masion@lartedelsentire.com so we may, where possible, review the matter with the carrier.

 

Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

We are unable to guarantee address changes once an order has entered processing. Orders returned to us due to an incomplete, incorrect, or undeliverable address may be reshipped at the client’s expense or refunded, less any non-refundable shipping costs, after the returned package has been received and inspected.

We will review the request and confirm whether it can be accommodated within our current shipping limitations.

 

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they have been processed for shipment.

For order security, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order that cannot be verified, is flagged for suspected fraud, includes incomplete payment or address information, or cannot be fulfilled due to shipping restrictions.

If LARTEDELSENTIRE cancels your order, any authorized payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

 

Returns & Exchanges

All Sales Are Final

All sales are final.

Due to the intimate nature of fragrance, product integrity, and fragrance-handling requirements, LARTEDELSENTIRE does not accept returns or exchanges for scent preference, change of mind, or for products that have been opened, used, unsealed, sprayed, or handled after delivery.

This applies to full-size fragrances, Prelude Sets, samples, discovery materials, limited gifts, gift cards, personalized items, and special-order items.

We recommend beginning with Prelude before selecting a full-size fragrance, especially if you are new to the house.

 

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please get in touch with us within 72 hours of delivery at maison@lartedelsentire.com

Please include your order number and clear photos of the shipping box, inner packaging, and product. Please keep all packaging materials until the issue has been reviewed.

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution at our discretion.

This exception applies only to items that arrive damaged, incorrect, or defective. It does not apply to scent preference, change of mind, or products that have been opened or used after delivery.

 

Returned-to-Sender Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or another delivery issue outside of our control, we will contact you once the package has been received.

The order may be reshipped at the client’s expense or refunded, less any non-refundable shipping costs, after the returned package has been inspected.

 

Product Integrity

LARTEDELSENTIRE fragrances are composed, packaged, and handled as finished olfactive works.

Once a fragrance leaves our care and has been opened, used, or unsealed, it cannot return to our sellable inventory. This policy protects the integrity of the product and the experience of every client.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law.
