1. Shipping
Service Area
Currently, we ship exclusively within the contiguous United States. Orders intended for Hawaii, Alaska, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses cannot be fulfilled.
Complimentary Shipping Threshold
Free Standard Shipping is available on orders of USD 36 or more.
Orders below USD 36 incur the flat-rate fee displayed at checkout.
Processing & Tracking
Orders are processed within two business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. holidays).
A confirmation email with live tracking will be sent once your parcel is in the carrier's custody.

Lost, Damaged, or Undeliverable Parcels
The risk of loss transfers to the buyer once the carrier accepts the shipment. Please inspect packages upon arrival and report any transit damage to both the carrier and us within 14 days. Re-delivery prompted by inaccurate or incomplete addresses may incur additional shipping charges.

2. Returns
Our fragrances are produced in limited micro-batches to ensure uncompromised artistry and purity. Therefore, all fragrance sales are final; returns and exchanges are not accepted.
Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact support@lartedelsentire.com within 14 days of receipt. Be sure to provide your order number, clear photographs of the outer carton and product, and a brief description. We will arrange an appropriate resolution—either a replacement or a refund—at no additional cost.
